Parameters
angles [out, retval]
  angles is a parameter of type VARIANT
angles [in]
  angles is a parameter of type VARIANT

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

PointPlacementAngles is an array of angle(s) at which labels are to be placed relative to point features.

This is only used when the FeatureType is of type esriOverposterPoint.
