ICoverageAnnotationLayerFactory Interface

Provides access to members that create/find coverage annotation layers.

Method CreateAnnotationLayer Create an annotation class (on disk), and returns a layer for it.
Method FindAnnotationLayerNames Finds an annotation classes.
Method OpenAnnotationLayer Loads an annotation class (on disk), and returns a layer for it.
