Indicates if curve turns to the left or right.

[C#] public esriTurnDirection TurnDirection {get; set;}
The TurnDirection property defines which way a circular arc geometry turns, to the left or right. The property is only used when the course type is either esriCTCurve or esruCTTangentCurve .
