IRasterStatistics.SkipFactorX Property

Number of horizontal pixels between samples for purposes of calculating statistics.

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

The skip factor is ignored, always use 1, if calculating statistics on a grid.
