Handle setting WCS Server parameters.

Name [in]

  Name is a parameter of type BSTR
Value [in]

  Value is a parameter of type BSTR

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

SetParameter sets the parameters of the WCS service which can be retrieved through a GetCapabilities request.
