Scalebar horizontal position options.

| esriBefore | 0 | Positioned before scalebar. |
| esriLeft | 1 | Aligned with left of scalebar. |
| esriCenter | 2 | Horizontally centered on scalebar. |
| esriRight | 3 | Aligned with right of scalebar. |
| esriAfter | 4 | Positioned after scalebar. |
