When data is compared to a satellite image or another source, you can find that there are features missing in the map. With Data Reviewer, you can either digitize the missing feature directly in the map or indicate the location of the missing feature according to the feature class and subtype to which it belongs. Digitizing the feature in the map creates a graphic that represents the missing feature but uses a feature class in the Reviewer dataset as the target layer. For instance, you can draw a missing built-up area using the Reviewer Polygons layer as the target.
The tools on the Notepad pane on the Reviewer table allow you to draw missing point, line, or area features as needed, then commit them to the Reviewer table automatically.
