This guide book is intended for database administrators to help them establish the workspace in an Workgroup-Geodatabase or Desktop (instance of SQL Server Express). The product library workspace can be used in an enterprise environment to manage data and products.
You will need to install SQL Server Express, if you have not already, and enable it to store geodatabases.
