Selecting and applying a view

You can share, retrieve, and interchange saved view settings. You can reapply saved view settings by selecting a view from the View list on the Production Symbology toolbar. Clicking Apply on the Production Symbology toolbar retrieves the selected view from the database and applies the view to your current map.

1. Start ArcMap.
2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Production Symbology.

   The Production Symbology toolbar appears.

3. Click the View drop-down arrow and choose the view you want to use.
4. Click Apply on the Production Symbology toolbar.
