Database requirements/limitations
- SQLite files must have a .sqlite extension to be recognized by ArcGIS.
- GeoPackage files must have a .gpkg extension to be recognized by ArcGIS.
- You cannot create a geodatabase in SQLite.
- Feature services are not supported with SQLite.
