Deleting instrument approach profile views

Selecting an existing instrument approach profile view element using the Select Elements tool allows you to delete it by using several different methods:

  • Clicking the Delete button on the Standard toolbar
  • Right-clicking the instrument approach profile view and clicking Delete
  • Pressing the DELETE key on the keyboard
  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. On the main menu, click View > Layout View.
  3. Click the Select Elements tool Select Elements on the Tools toolbar.
  4. Click the instrument approach profile view to select it.
  5. Delete the instrument approach profile view by doing one of the following:
    • Clicking the Delete button Delete on the Standard toolbar
    • Right-clicking the instrument approach profile view and clicking Delete
    • Pressing the DELETE key on the keyboard

The selected instrument approach profile view graphic is deleted.
