Editing instrument approach profile views

An instrument approach profile view can be moved around the page layout and move as a single entity; individual profile elements resize accordingly when the entire graphic is resized. You also have the ability to interactively change the dimensions of an instrument approach profile view using resize handles.

  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. On the main menu, click View > Layout View.
  3. Click the Select Elements tool Select Elements on the Tools toolbar.
  4. Click and drag the instrument approach profile view to move it.
  5. Click and drag a control handle in one of the corners of the instrument approach profile view to resize it.

Individual instrument approach profile view elements move or resize accordingly when the entire graphic is resized.
