Modifying heading text properties

The Heading Text Properties command allows you to edit the text of the heading within the instrument approach profile view.

1. Start ArcMap.
2. On the main menu, click View > Layout View.
3. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Aviation Terminal Procedure.
4. Click the Edit Instrument Approach Profile button on the Aviation Terminal Procedure toolbar.
5. Click the heading in the profile view to select it.
6. Right-click the heading and click Heading Text Properties.

   

   The Heading Text Properties dialog box appears.

   

7. Click the arrows to modify the angle or type a new value in the Angle box.
8. Click the arrows to modify the character spacing or type a new value in the Character Spacing box.
9. Click the arrows to modify the leading or type a new value in the Leading box.
10. Click Change Symbol if you want to change the symbol used.
11. Click OK.
