Migrating to ArcGIS 10

Schematics 10 introduces major changes with a new architecture that brings the user experience closer to that of a standard feature class or feature dataset. This reorganization impacts Schematics applications initially based on ArcGIS 9.x. The Migrating from a pre-10 Schematics version help book is intended to help you migrate your schematic application from 9.x to 10. This book is divided into two sections:

  • Migrating a pre-10 schematic dataset—Provides information to migrate your schematic datasets so you get the full Schematics functions to operate on it
  • Migrating pre-10 custom components—Provides information to learn about how to migrate you schematic custom code
