Using the View menu

Available with Standard or Advanced license.

  • Auto Fit Workflow
  • Auto Select Current Step
  • Windows

The View menu allows you to control how tabs and workflow elements are displayed in the client application.

Auto Fit Workflow

With this option enabled, when selecting a new job, the workflow diagram will automatically be zoomed to fit the current window size.

Auto Select Current Step

With this option enabled, the current step or steps in the workflow will be selected when the workflow is viewed.

Windows

From this option, you can control the tabs that are visible to you in the application. The tabs that are available in the client application can be configured through Configuration Manager. See Workflow Manager System Settings for more information on tab visibility. However, you can also make a tab available or unavailable by clicking the item in the expanded list.
