Esri Roads and Highways Installation Guide

Uninstalling previous versions of Esri Roads and Highways for Desktop

The Esri Roads and Highways for Desktop setup package is designed to detect and upgrade an existing installation of Esri Roads and Highways 10.3, 10.2.x, 10.2, or 10.1 (including SP's) for Desktop to 10.3.1.

Tip:

To find out which ArcGIS products are currently installed on your machine, download the PatchFinder utility from the My Esri site and run it from your local machine.

Tip:

The ArcGIS 10.1 Uninstall utility also removes all releases of Esri Roads and Highways for Desktop and any extensions earlier than 10.1.

Important

Esri strongly recommends that all sample and third-party extensions or plug-ins be uninstalled before installing a newer release of an Esri product.

Roads and Highways for Desktop 10 and earlier users

You must uninstall releases 10 and earlier of Esri Roads and Highways for Desktop from your machine.
