You can add a leader line to an existing annotation feature.
- Click the Edit Annotation tool
on the Editor toolbar and select the annotation.
- Right-click and click Add Leader.
- Optionally, change the position of the start of the leader line. Move your pointer over the vertex until the cursor's shape changes, then drag.
- Drag the annotation to the desired position.
- To remove the leader, right-click again and click Delete Leader.
