You can set tolerances that define how adjacent lines representing the same common boundary are cartographically matched or fitted together on the Edit Environment tab of the Parcel Fabric Properties dialog box.
Maximum line-point offset tolerance
A line point is a parcel corner point that lies on an adjacent parcel boundary but does not split the boundary. Line points ensure topological integrity between adjacent parcel lines. If adjacent parcel lines are inconsistent because of inaccurate data, line points can be used to fit lines together such that the parcel fabric layer is cartographically correct.
When joining parcels, lines of the parcel being joined might not match the lines of the existing parcel fabric or vice versa. Straight lines can be bent to line points if they lie closer to their line points than the tolerance specified for the Maximum line-point offset tolerance. The default tolerance is 328.0833
This tolerance applies to both the Fabric points held fixed and the Joining points held fixed methods on the Join Parcel dialog box.
Circular curve line fit tolerance
If the radial distances of overlapping curve lines differ by less than the specified tolerance, the endpoints of the overlapping curves are merged into single points. The default tolerance is 0.3281.
