Setting the display units

  1. Click GPS > Display Options on the ArcMap GPS toolbar.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Choose the units of measure from the drop-down lists in the Units section.

These units of measure are used on the Advanced tab of the Display Options dialog box if you choose to modify the symbol representing the current position by either its speed or altitude. All three units of measure are used on the GPS Position window. Latitude/Longitude Format displays the current position's coordinate values on the GPS Position window.

  4. Click OK.
