Your layer has an invalid storage type, and you are publishing to a service with Feature Access (feature service) enabled.

Solution

  • You will need to reload your data so that the layer only has valid storage types. Valid storage for feature service publishing is listed below.
  • Alternatively, you can remove the layer if it is not needed.
