Adding an image in the background of a report

A background image is one way to create a well-designed report. Background images are also an easy way to denote a report as confidential or a draft by placing text images as watermarks on the report.

  1. Open a report in the Report Designer.
  2. Click Report in the Report Section tree.
  3. Under Element Properties, change the Watermark property.
  4. Click the ellipses (…) button to display the Open Image dialog box and select the image you want.

The image will now appear behind the report data on all pages.
