Setting the report width

The default width of a report is based on your printer's default paper size. If the default paper size is 8.5" by 11" with a 1-inch margin, then the default report width is 6.5". You can, however, increase the width to accommodate the data you want to display. If the width exceeds the printer page size, the report prints on additional pages.

  1. Open a report in the Report Designer.
  2. In the section tree, click Report to display the report's properties.
  3. Adjust the PrintWidth property.
  4. Alternatively, drag the edge of the report on the right side to adjust the width manually.
