Summary
Upgrades an existing parcel fabric to the latest released version of ArcGIS. An existing parcel fabric is upgraded to take advantage of the new parcel editing functionality available in the latest released version of ArcGIS.
Usage
To use the this tool, the geodatabase needs to be upgraded to the latest released version of ArcGIS. You can upgrade your geodatabase using the Upgrade_Geodatabase tool.
The geodatabase needs to be unversioned to be upgraded. If you do not want to upgrade your geodatabase, you can continue to work with an existing fabric that has not been upgraded in the latest released version of ArcGIS.
This tool can also be accessed from the Parcel Fabric Properties dialog box. To open the Parcel Fabric Properties dialog box, right-click a parcel fabric dataset in the Catalog window and click Properties.

UpgradeParcelFabric_fabric (in_parcel_fabric)
