About the 3D Graphics toolbars

Available with 3D Analyst license.

The Globe 3D Graphics toolbar in ArcGlobe allows you to make 3D point, line, polygon, and text graphics. These graphics will be drawn based on objects in the view. Using the toolbar, you can digitize points that show areas of interest, lines that encompass an area, polygons that fill an area, or text that annotates parts of your study area.

3D graphics capabilities are exposed on the Globe 3D Graphics toolbar in ArcGlobe and the 3D Graphics toolbar in ArcScene. Although named differently, for cases where functionality is the same in ArcGlobe and ArcScene, the term 3D Graphics toolbar is used to represent both toolbars. Unique usages will be clearly differentiated between the two applications.
