ArcGIS for Maritime: Bathymetry is an ArcGIS Desktop extension to manage postprocessed bathymetric data and metadata. When you manage your bathymetry with the Bathymetry Solution, you also introduce and enable your data to the capabilities of the entire ArcGIS platform. Read the topics that follow to learn the many ways in which you can fully leverage ArcGIS to get the most out of your bathymetry. The links provided are not intended to be a comprehensive explanation of the functionality, but rather a starting point for investigating further. An ArcGIS Desktop Standard license is required to operate the Bathymetry Solution. However, in some cases, addressing the bathymetry-related question may require additional licenses or functionality. This may include ArcGIS Desktop Advanced, ArcGIS Server, or the ArcGIS 3D Analyst or ArcGIS Spatial Analyst for desktop.
