The latest patch includes minor enhancements to the software and the documentation; no major new functionality is included with this release.
Geoprocessing enhancements
Create S-57 Exchange Set—Has the capability for S-57 update datasets to include and or exclude base datasets.
Bubble Up—A new ArcGIS geoprocessing tool that bubbles up primitive attributes to the features, to aid in symbolization.
Chart Automation—Has a new optional parameter for determining a primary coordinate system for grid layers.

Validate S-57 File geoprocessing tool now supports validating IENC cells.

Geoprocessing enhancements
Convert AML format—Conversions to AML 3.0 format are now supported. AML datasets can be converted between 1.0, 2.1, and 3.0, providing you with the capability to produce all versions from the same dataset or geodatabase.
Export Geodatabase To S-57—The tool now has the capability to clip or not clip features that cross an M_CSCL.
Deprecated functionality
The Synchronize Changes and Checkout DNC Replica tools on the Nautical DNC toolbar have been replaced by the Synchronize Changes geoprocessing tool in the Distributed Geodatabase toolset.
