With the latest release, ArcGIS Workflow Manager includes enhanced functionality.
New at 10.6.1
- Starting at 10.6.1, ArcGIS Pro maps (.mapx), layouts (.pagx), or web maps stored in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS can be added to a Workflow Manager database and used as the Job's Base Map template map document for use in ArcGIS Pro. For more information, see Adding maps using the Workflow Manager Administrator and Linking maps to job types using the Workflow Manager Administrator.
- A feature service can be added as the data workspace to manage branch versioned data. In this workspace, you can check the job version, create a job version, set a job version, delete job versions using the Workflow Manager steps. Create job advanced step supports the feature service data workspace as well. However, you cannot access or edit branch versioned data in ArcGIS Workflow Manager. If your job connects to a feature service data workspace, you can access the data in ArcGIS Pro.
- When the user store is set to Portal user store and a query or report using the JTX_USERS table is run, any existing users defined for a traditional user store are cleared from the database. For more information, see Configuring users and groups.
- A new developer sample is available on GitHub that re-creates the workflow and resets the current step. For more information, see Workflow Manager samples.
