Starting or stopping the simulation

You can start or stop a simulated connection from the ArcMap GPS toolbar.

1. To start the simulation, click the Open Connection button on the ArcMap GPS toolbar.
2. To close the simulation, click the Close Connection button to stop the simulation.

Tip:

When the last feature in the simulation dataset is displayed, the connection will close automatically. To restart the simulation, click the Open Connection button .
