ArcGIS Data Reviewer Desktop can be uninstalled through Microsoft Windows Control Panel or silently through the command prompt.
To uninstall ArcGIS Desktop language packs, follow the steps above. Instead of selecting ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2, select the ArcGIS Desktop language pack that you want to remove. If multiple ArcGIS Desktoplanguage packs are installed, each language pack must be uninstalled separately.
Uninstalling ArcGIS Data Reviewer Desktop using Control Panel
- In Control Panel, open Programs and Features.
- Choose ArcGIS Data Reviewer Desktop from the programs list.
- Uninstall the program.
Uninstalling ArcGIS Data Reviewer Desktop silently
You can use the msiexec.exe command to silently uninstall ArcGIS Data Reviewer Desktop.
The following msiexec commands uninstall all the features associated with ArcGIS Data Reviewer Desktop:

The /qb switch indicates that the command will show a basic user interface with a progress bar.
