Installing Location Referencing

Available with Location Referencing license.

My Esri provides links to the setups, quick start guides, and installation guides. During installation, the Location Referencing setup allows you to choose the product you are interested in.

• ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing
• ArcGIS Roads and Highways

  Note:

  ArcGIS Production Mapping (includes ArcGIS Data Reviewer) and ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) setups can be installed from My Esri.

The installation location will be the same as that of the ArcGIS installation.

1. The Location Referencing Desktop download offers the option to start the installation after the files have been extracted. Choose this method, or, to manually launch the setup program, use the setup.exe file.
2. During the installation, read the master agreement and accept it, or exit if you do not agree with the terms.
3. The Custom Setup dialog box allows you to choose the products you want to install.

   

When the setup is complete, the products installed will be available from ArcGIS Desktop.

Even though all the products can be installed, the tools are not enabled unless you have authorized the product.
