Select or Move Network Locations.
The CLSID of this Command is: {9ED9BA59-F2E9-4415-A24D-9E6EA14086A1}.
This command works with the ToolbarControl, PageLayoutControl, and MapControl.
This command requires a Network Analyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this command must check out a Network Analyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
