A collection of properties for an annotation sublayer layer (feature data object graphics sublayer).
FDOGraphicsSublayer is a non-creatable object. References to non-creatable objects must be obtained through other objects.

FDOGraphicsSublayer is a class used to manage the drawing properties of annotation feature class's annotation classes. It is a sublayer of FDOGraphicsLayer and is no cocreatable.
