Parameters
Map [in]

  Map is a parameter of type IMap
Layer [in]

  Layer is a parameter of type ILayer

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Calling any of the DynamicCacheLayerManager methods or properties before calling Init will result in an exception!
