Position of the flag along the edge.

Parameters
Position [out, retval]
  Position is a parameter of type float
Position [in]
  Position is a parameter of type float

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

When you set the position you specify the percent along the edge you want the flag to be placed from the FROM junction of the edge.
