Adds a network location to the NAWindow at the specified point.

Parameters
pPoint [in]

  pPoint is a parameter of type IPoint
Name [in]
  Name is a parameter of type BSTR

Available with ArcGIS Engine.

Adds the specified point to the IEngineNAWindow::ActiveCategory of the IEngineNAWindow::ActiveAnalysis layer as a network location.
