Replaces vertices/points within a PointCollection.

Parameters pPointCollection [in]
pPointCollection is a parameter of type IPointCollection4 Index Index is a parameter of type long goingAway goingAway is a parameter of type long newPoints [in] newPoints is a parameter of type Array
