Map tip text at the specified location.

Parameters
x [in]
  x is a parameter of type double
y [in]
  y is a parameter of type double
Tolerance [in]
  Tolerance is a parameter of type double
Text [out, retval]
  Text is a parameter of type BSTR

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Remarks

The text string that gets displayed as a map tip if ShowTips=True. For a FeatureLayer this comes from the data in IFeatureLayer::DisplayField.
