A new enumerator for this point collection.

Parameters newVertexEnumerator [out, retval]
newVertexEnumerator is a parameter of type IEnumVertex
Returns an EnumVertex for the vertices in the PointCollection. The EnumVertex allows the Points to be tranversed in a sequential order.
