IRasterStatistics.SkipFactorY Property

Number of vertical pixels between samples for purposes of calculating statistics.

pVal [out, retval]
  pVal is a parameter of type long

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Remarks

The skip factor is ignored, always use 1, if calculating statistics on a grid.
