Set the Zs on the segment's endpoints.

Parameters
fromZ 
  fromZ is a parameter of type double
toZ 
  toZ is a parameter of type double

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Sets the Z attributes for the From and To points of the segment. These attributes can be set regardless of the attribute awareness of the segment.
