esriClip2GraphInactive -1 Clip to Graphics Extent Inactive.
esriClip2GraphDisableActive 0 Clip to Graphics Extent Disable and Active.
esriClip2GraphEnableActive 1 Clip to Graphics Extent Enable and Active.
