Cursor Stats.

Constant Value Description
esriCSRowsReturnedFromDBMS 0 The total number of rows returned from the DBMS.
esriCSRowsRemovedBySecondarySpatialFilter 1 The number of rows rejected by secondary spatial filtering on client.
