Scalebar vertical position options.
| Constant | Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| esriAbove | 0 | Positioned above scalebar. |
| esriTop | 1 | Aligned with top of scalebar. |
| esriOn | 2 | Vertically centered on scalebar. |
| esriBottom | 3 | Aligned with bottom of scalebar. |
| esriBelow | 4 | Positioned below scalebar. |
