Create a Network Location.
The CLSID of this Command is: {889A71BB-DCD3-4ED9-89C7-732008A95CB2}.
This command works with the ToolbarControl, PageLayoutControl, and MapControl.
This command requires a Network Analyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this command must check out a Network Analyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
