Provides access to parcel line points extended methods (in construction environment).

Description
Method CreateLinePoint Create a break on the nearest line if within tolerance. Tolerance of -1 will use default value.
Method FindLinePoints All the line point ids for a point pair.
Read-only property LinePoints All the line point ids.
