Parameters
Observer [out, retval]

  Observer is a parameter of type IPoint
Observer [in]

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server. Requires 3D Analyst Extension.

The observer represents the origin, or point of view, of the camera. It uses coordinates that are in the same unit of measure as the scene itself.
