The tooltip for this command.

Parameters
Tooltip [out, retval]
  Tooltip is a parameter of type BSTR

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Remarks

When implementing ICommand to create a custom command, use the ToolTip property to set the string that appears in the screen tip when the mouse hovers over the command.
