Provides access to events that the catalog can fire.

OnObjectChanged | Called when an object in some part of the catalog has been changed. |

OnObjectDeleted | Called when an object has been deleted from some part of the catalog. |

OnObjectRefreshed | Called when an object in some part of the catalog has been refreshed. |

OnRefreshAll | Called when the whole catalog has changed. |
