Parameters
Angle [out, retval]
  Angle is a parameter of type double
Angle [in]

Description

Angle is the angle that the hash is displayed. An Angle of 0 (zero) is horizontal, while an Angle of 90 is perpendicular to the feature like the ties of a railroad symbol.
