Parameters
XOffset [out, retval]
  XOffset is a parameter of type double
XOffset [in]

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

XOffset is the horizontal offset of the marker symbol in points (approx. 1/72 inch). Offsets may be positive or negative numbers.
